Method 1: Update bank connection

Usually, these errors, such as  102, resolve independently within 24 hours. Until then, you can try updating the Online bank connection in QuickBooks manually:

In QuickBooks Online

  1. Utilizing the necessary information, log in to your QB Online account.
  2. Visit the section on bookkeeping.
  3. Select the Transactions and Bank Transactions options.
  4. Click the Update button now.

In QuickBooks Self Employed

  • Use the credentials to log into your QB Self-Employed account.
  • Select the “profile” icon.
  • Decide on a bank account.
